How To Measure
Please measure your RELAXED stomach measurement over the belly button using a flexible measuring tape
Important notes when measuring
- DO NOT suck inwards or push outwards
- DO NOT pull measuring cord tightly
How to Choose the Best Size
Step 1 - Measure
Obtain a flexible measuring tape and measure your relaxed stomach as per instructions above.
Step 2 - Select a Belt Size
View the size chart table and select a belt size, where you fit closest to the middle of its range. This will allow you to move up or down in size when and if required.
Note: There are times, where some customers will not be in the middle range of the belt. In this situation, you will find that you can fit into two belt sizes;
- You could purchase a smaller belt, but fit into the higher setting range
- You could purchase a larger belt, but fit into the lower setting range
In this situation, please consider your future goals and plans. If you intend to;
- Stay the same or decrease around the stomach, we would recommend the smaller belt.
- Stay the same or increase around the stomach, we would recommend the larger belt.

Step 3 - Select a Lever Buckle
Lever Belts and Lever Buckles are sold seperately to allow customers to mix-n-match their preferred combination.
