The Gecko Lifting Grip series combines the function of a traditional weightlifting strap, gym glove and chalk – all in one. In short, the advantage of a grip over a strap is the quicker application and ease of use in between sets.

Our Gecko Lifting Grips can be used for an array of exercises; using both a supinated and pronated grip (that is, overhand and underhand) meaning you can use them for all pulling exercises (deadlifts, shrugs, rows, lat pull downs etc) but also pressing movements (bench press, etc).
