In the event that you require a change in size, colour, product, or are simply not happy with your purchase, please return your original items for a refund and place a new order on our webstore for the correct items.

All eligible items returned, will have the value of the items refunded back to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees if applicable).

Please note that customers are responsible for covering any fees associated in returning products. We strongly recommend customers use a shipping service that comes with traceability, to ensure safe and secure delivery. Iron Tanks will not be liable for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.


1) Please ensure items being returned adhere to the Refund Policy

2) Click on the "My Account" icon located at the top right corner of the page. Enter the email address used to place the order. You will be emailed a security code, that you will need to enter into the field.

3) Once you have entered in the security code and have gained access to your account, locate the order number and select the items you would like to return.

4) You will be notified via email, once your return request has been processed (typically within 24-72 business hrs). Approved return request will have detailed instructions on how and where to return the products.

5) In the meantime, you can place a new order for the correct item(s) at any given point in time, either before or after we have received and processed your return items, the choice is yours. We recommend where possible, to place a new order through our website for the correct items as earliest as possible (ie before we have received your return), as stock quantities are constantly changing and can sell out at any given point in time.

6) Once we physically receive your return parcel, we will check the items and process your return (typically within 24-72 business hrs). You will be automatically notified via email when this occurs. Approved returned items, are treated as a refund back to your original payment method (excluding any shipping charges).

*If you have purchased a lever belt and buckle, and find that the belt does not fit, please hold onto the lever buckle as there is no need to return it. You only need to return the belt for a refund and place a new order for the correct size required.
