Even tho duffle bag and back pack are same volume I find the dufflebag to be a better choice for accessibility to the whole volume of the bag without having to get stuff out, in saying that the backpack is better for distance, like walking to the gym with as it sits on ya back rather than 1 shoulder
Amazing Gear
Despite the price, I would say this is amazing value. I got the kit that came with the cooler, shoulder bag, 2 drink bottle holders and a few other little bits and pieces and it's honestly amazing. Tons of storage and a lot of thought put into the design for properly storing your gym clothes, towels, electronics, keys etc. I especially love the molle panels as you can attach any molle accessory you want to them, not just the ones included.
Vault 45L backpack… awesome
Originally purchased the 65L duffel for a powerlifting meet but went for this when it became available. Total game changer. Fits all my gear, it’s waterproof, sturdy and has the unexpected benefit of opening up flat, making packing/unpacking easy. Love this bag.
