How to select the correct size

Step 1 - Please have your arm hanging by your side (relaxed).

Step 2 - Measure the bicep, 10cm above the elbow joint.

Step 3 - Refer to the size chart.

Step 4 - If you are borderline, select the size down for a tighter fit

      Constrictor elbow sleeves

      Great quality but I got the wrong size I measured as per instructions but they are a bit to large and there is little constriction

      Amazing Quality

      One of the best quality products but I should have read the previews reviews and picked a size bigger! It cuts off circulation around the forearms between sets. Buy one size larger!
