How to select the correct size

Step 1 - Please be up standing with your leg straight (relaxed).

Step 2 - Measure 10cm above the top of your knee cap, around the quad

Step 3 - Refer to the size chart.

Step 4 - If you are borderline, select the size down.

      Good just get a size down

      These are nice, though they're a bit looser fitting than they should be given that I measured and selected the appropriate size. I will squat more and they will become tighter in time.

      Brilliant. My right Patella mistracks. Wearing these Constrictor knee sleeves on both knees stabilises and eliminates any discomfort when Squatting or Deadlifting. Highly recommended.
